Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Users waive their right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
- The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings will take place in Delaware.
- Users are required to submit any claims within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose.
Participant Conduct Mandate
Users of the Monster Win platform are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and sporting manner. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, fraud, cheating, and the use of automated programs or bots.

In the event of account termination, users may request data retrieval within thirty (30) days of termination. After this period, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
